How gorgeous are these two and this light??! ✨ How gorgeous are these two and this light??! ✨ Casey reached out to us awhile back about doing a maternity shoot for her and her hubby, Brandon. She already had a location in mind, a very private and special place — her parents house and land on Edisto Island. She sent us pictures and we were immediately on board, because look how dreamy it is! One thing we absolutely love about our job is learning little nuggets about our couples. Casey and Brandon both work in digital marketing and were very career driven before finding out about their baby. They call each other “your biggest fan.” Because there’s no one else they’d rather see succeed than each other. Yeah, they’re the cutest. Hey guys! It’s us 👋🏼 Did you know that J Hey guys! It’s us 👋🏼 Did you know that Justin and I only dated for about 8 months before we got married 😱 Yup, you read that right. We had met and been friends during our training to become photojournalists for the Air Force, but we both went our separate ways once it ended — Justin to South Carolina and I went to Texas. Then one random day Justin called me, completely out of the blue..just to talk. Mind you, we had never spoken on the phone before and rarely even texted. And then he called again. And again. We started spending 4+ hours on the phone every night. We flew back and forth for visits. Our first date was actually at Disney, but that’s a different story ☺️ But trust us when we say, long distance sucks. We also know first hand that everyone’s love story looks different, because ours was anything but conventional. When we told our friends and family we were getting married, some of them thought we were insane, but here we are, more than 4 years later, and I know we were right in trusting our gut.
